How to set up a Table of Contents so my readers can find posts.

    My blog has 137 Posts.
I would like to create a Table of Contents so my readers can find past postings.
I am using Twenty Twelve theme.
I have searched through the documentation, this forum, and help.

I did find a route to a possible cludge, but I decided to try the forum first.

    The cludge is to:
    Open WP Admin
    Posts
Screen Options, uncheck all but Date
For each of the screens (ie 1 of 7, 2 of 7 etc) Copy Paste the screen to a spreadsheet.
In the spreadsheet, delete all the rows above and below the list.
Now I have a list of all my posts in 3 columns; Post Title, Post Title with Hyperlink, Publish Date.
Post Title with Hyperlink is just what I need but the hyperlink only works if you have my admin password.
    From here, I could either:
    1) Edit the hyperlink to some form that readers could use. Currently a sample hyperlink is https://danmarshall22.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=4460&action=edit
    2) Use functions such as concatonate within my spreadsheet to manipulate the text in the 3 columns to generate a hyperlink in what appears to be the standard reader format as seen in this sample hyperlink: https://danmarshall22.wordpress.com/2015/05/30/indonesia-the-land-of-a-million-smiles/
    3) After doing alternative (1) or (2) I plan to copy from my spreadsheet into a page called Table Of Contents. I know I may have to convert my spreadsheet to HTML.

    Any suggestions?

In case it is helpful to others…
After I recovered from the delight of getting all my Blog Titles with hyperlinks in one ordered list I began to want more.
I wanted to group them by country. The first 15 or so are Ecuador, then there are about 12 from Chile etc.
I found that none of the arguments available for the shortcode [archives] offered the ability to generate a list within date constraints.
So I generated the full list,
Copy Pasted it to a spreadsheet column,
Moved all of the text to the right one tab,
Inserted a row where each country began, and typed in the Country Name,
Copy Pasted from the spreadsheet into my Table of Contents Page (after deleting the [archives] shortcode,
Discovered that my right tab from the spreadsheet got lost in the copy/paste,
Re-applied the right tab to everything in my page,
For each country name, changed the format to Title 2, and Left Tabbed it.
