  I would like to set up an email account. Is that possible here?

  If you have a custom domain, there are two ways to use email.

  The first option is to set up an email address and have all messages sent to it forwarded to another email address of your choosing. For details and instructions, see this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/

  Alternatively, you can set up email hosting somewhere else, and then point your email address to that external mailbox. Full instructions for that can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/
