How to set up an existing archive

    I have a client with a website in need of a makeover. Her site has an archive of monthly pdf newsletters going back to 1992. I have recommended that she get a site makeover and go with WordPress.

    One thing I like about WordPress is how it neatly creates archives automatically. I am confused, however, how I can set up archives manually to get her started. I have over a hundred newsletter from the old site spread out over the years. To convert her site, I need to somehow manually place the files in some order so the new WordPress site continues to archive.

    Am I clear?
