  We have no specific instructions for what you state above. On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/

  Is it a recurring event? Do you intend to add posts to the site all year long? Do you need a newsletter associated with it? Are you adding video? What is your budget for this site?
