    Your site is built with the open source WordPress software, but it’s hosted by Ionos.com, not by us, so we don’t have any control over how it works.

    For importing inventory/product data, you’ll need to ask support for the specific ecommerce plugin you’re using on your site.

    For general help with your version of WordPress, you can ask the WordPress.org community who makes that software in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
