How to set up Live Chat?

    I’ve got the Business plan, and I’m running into some issues in terms of setting up my site, so was hoping to clarify some points using live chat, and don’t see how to initiate a live chat session? Your support on that talks about the etiquette of a live chat, but doesn’t say exactly how to set up the session.

    You can initiate live chat here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
    There are a few questions to answer, and then you will type what you need help with, and in the lower right corner, a blue box labeled “chat with us”, click on the blue box to submit your request.
