How to set up my existing WordAds on my new self-hosted WordPress blog?

  Name: pursuitofajoyfullife
  Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Site: http://bloomfieldkindergarten.wordpress.com

  My old site was on WordPress.com: pursuitofajoyfullife.wordpress.com
  I now have a new self-hosted site: pursuitofajoyfullife.com
  How do I get my existing WordAds set up on my new self-hosted WordPress blog?

  I have installed JetPack and AdControl.
  WordAds does not appear in the Jetpack > Settings list

  I have this message in my dashboard:
  AdControl still requires the following actions to activate:
  We are still waiting for your application to be approved. In the mean time, feel free to contact us with any questions. Please accept the WordAds Terms of Service in your Settings.

  I already have an account, but the link in the dashboard message brings me here: https://wordads.co/signup/

  Do I have to sign up again? I just want to use my existing account. How do I do that? Please let me know. Thank you.

  Also do I need to do it through a WordPress.com account if it is self-hosted?
