How to set up rating widget

I am an intern at Tengrade, which is a social rating tool. Forgive me for not being perfect with terminology. What I am really asking is how the company I work for might go about becoming an approved tool or widget on the Word Press platform that your bloggers might then be able to utilize. Thank you.

What is possible for ratings on a free hosted WordPress.com blog is found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/ratings/ Note that Automattic owns both PollDaddy and WordPress.com.
