How to set up WP Caching on AbbyFashions.net

    Good afternoon, we noticed caching plugin on our website which we did not add. There is no way to deactivate it and it seems to be claching with our existing caching plupin (WP-Optimize). My question is how do we properly set your caching plugin as there is no documention to know what it does. Also, we use WP Optimize for so many things including database optimization. We currently deactivate WPOptimize but the website is very slow and sales near zero. Need your help
