How to setup a wordpress account on behalf of somebody
-
I have a situation where a wordpress account is needed. I can easily set another up, but my problem lies with passwords. I have 4-5 exsisting wordpress blogs but they all link to the same account “same access password”. I need to set up a new fresh account for our association that is not linked to my own accounts in any way. once I have placed the required content within, I can pass the site over, for somebody else to run, the person who will be running it lives to far away for visits to build and is also fairly new to computing. any advive welcome.
Can you either inform me how to set up a non linked account with its own password or maybe some kind of portable account.
PS: All the above referes to free online accounts. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
You need to sign out of your account. In the admin bar (top black bar), click your name then the drop-down menu will have an option to sign out.
Then you need to create a whole new account for them. Just go to https://wordpress.com/ and as long as you are signed out of your current account, it should prompt you to create a new username and password in the next page.
Here’s another way to sign up for a new account:
https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/?user=1Hope that helps!
