We do not have a followers widget for WordPress.com blogs. We can subscribe to WordPress.com blogs and you can enable blog subscriptions for your readers by following these instructions > http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/

You can post a Facebook badge in your sidebar. http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-badge/You can use the Facebook like box for profile pages or for fan pages > Appearance > Widgets
You can also enable sharing buttons on your posts, pages and index pages.
