How to share past blog posts on Facebook ?

  I connected my facebook page to my blog very recently,so only the last post got shared but how do i share my previous posts on my facebook page ? The ones that were posted on my blog before it was connected to facebook. Is there any way to publicize the past blog posts on facebook ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Answer: Manually

  There’s no way to auto-share old posts to Facebook. You’ll either have to share them using the sharing button on your posts, or post the links directly into Facebook.

  Is the “revive old post plug in” available only for the pro-version ?

  Also,there is no such “share” button for Facebook showing on my blog.
  All I am seeing is the “like” option

  There is no “pro-version” of WordPress.com. What you see is what you get, and then you have the option of various paid upgrades.

  No upgrade, however, will allow you to install plugins as we cannot use plugins on WordPress.com. Those are only available for self-hosted sites using WordPress.org, which is a completely different platform: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You have to activate the Sharing buttons yourself. You do that under Settings ->Sharing in the dashboard. Instructions to do that are here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

  I would like to ask a question about this subject too.

  Is it possible to share blog posts on facebook when your site is marked private? Because when I am sharing posts on my facebook now I can not see anything on my facebook page.

  Sharing doesn’t work for private blogs, no. You can paste the link to your post into Facebook, but it won’t show a preview of your post and if anyone clicks on that link who isn’t invited, they won’t be able to read the post, so there’s not much of a point in sharing it to start with.

  All the sharing buttons also aren’t available for private blogs. I don’t know if/how Publicize works with private blogs.

  Once you set it to public the sharing options should be enabled. Then you can use these links for instructions on adding the sharing buttons and setting up Publicize.
