How to show a single post with comment?

How can we display a post with comment when we click on the post title from index.php???
In index.php there are posts displayed in loop. When any of the post is clicked it should display another page with only that post with comments and comment box.

No, I was learning to edit wordpress themes and I found the answer. I had to make a single.php file and with the function I had to add the comments and comment box. Anyway thanks.

However, please note that since you have a self-hosted WordPress blog, you need to ask your questions at http://wordpress.org/support next time. You are currently in a forum for blogs hosted by WordPress.com, which works differently (for instance, we can’t edit the PHP files).

Ya in wordpress hosting we can’t edit but I downloaded wordpress and uploaded in my own web server.
