How to show all posts by a post link?

  Hi !
  I searched for hours a way to show all my posts on a post link

  I mean: I want when someone enter on my blog by a link like http://www.euquero.com.br/2011/02/numero-2/
  instead show only this post all newers posts come next, so all links show something always thats look the front page http://www.euquero.com.br but with the desired post in first place.

  I ´ll need some plugin or just with the customization of code can I do it

  I really appreciate any help with this =)
