How to show author bio on the bottom of the posts?

I use the theme Quintus in my blog, I still have not paid WordPress anything, so I don’t think I can use plugins or edit the blog with CSS or anything like that (correct me if i’m wrong, please).
Some blogs that I follow have, on the bottom of their posts, a biography of the author of it’s posts. Since 5 to 6 people are authors and editors in my blog, I would like to know how to implement the box with the author’s bio.

I’m sorry if it’s a simple question, but I’ve searched everywhere and couldn’t find an answer.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    That is an author profile.

Very few themes have an author profile that displays below every post. The data is derived from here > Dashboard > Users > My Profile > About You (section) and anything you add there appears on your Gravatar profile page as well.

The point of displaying an author name is to differentiate the posts on an multi-author site. Regardless of the theme, and provided the theme is designed to display an author byline, bylines will only display now if there are at least two authors who both have at least one published post in the blog.

See author byline and author profile displayed or not > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/08/15/author-displayed-or-not/

    Thanks a lot, timethief.

I have just one more question.

So, let’s imagine that I pay for the WordPress design upgrade, the one that costs 30 USD. Then I would be able to add that kind of thing to my blog, even if it initially doesn’t support it, by using CSS?

No. Change themes to one that is designed to provide author profiles and author bylines.

You can quickly and easily change themes to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do some work is if your are changing to a dramatically different theme and have to resize images and/or if you have done any CSS editing.

Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and browse themes until you find one you like and click “activate” or type in the name of the theme you want to use and
click the “activate” link when it appears.

After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.
