How to show certain categories in a menu and 1 article per page

  Hi All,

  I hope someone can help. I’ve 2 questions:

  1) I’ve created some categories, for arguments sake: a,b,c,d,e,f,g. What I want is for only a,b,f,g to show. Is there anyway I can stop the others appearing in the navigation?

  2) If I add a post to a category, how can I stop all posts in that category showing? I’m trying to use posts as pages and categories as sections

  Thanks for the reply, unfortunately, I’m developing locally so can’t send a link.

  However, I’ve since solved these issues.
