How to show comment under article

  I’m using Scratchpad theme.
  I would like how can i show the list of comments under every article made as post 8the commects to the article).
  Can you help me please?

  All themes show comments below the article when in single-post view like this: https://twocrazymomsblog.wordpress.com/2017/02/22/giornata-family-sulla-neve/

  However, the only theme here on WordPressdotcom that shows comments under the article directly on the front/blog page is P2 https://wordpress.com/themes/search/p2/
