How to show comments box and comments automatically below posts.

  I’d like there to be a comments box beneath each post and for readers to make comments and view responses automatically. I see other sites do this. How can I do it, please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The only way to do it at WordPress.com, ie have comments show on the main blog page rather than only under individual posts, is to use the P2 theme.
