  i’m so confused use this..
  what’s avatar??
  when i comment someone strory,why i can see my picture???i had upload it…
  it always show the standart picture…
  pleae help me…

  You need to go to Gravatar.com and upload it there. That way it works on WP.com as well as a lot of blogs all over the world not on WP.com too.

  after that???

  You hit the Upload button. Then you wait. Usually it shows up in a couple of minutes. What kind of file are you trying to upload? JPG? BMP?
