How to show one picture of post in stead of all in recent post list or catagory

  Hello dear all,

  I have a problem with my post, before when i posted something i would just see one picture of the post one the recent post list or in the catagory list, with more picture’s showing when you enter the post.
  But since i changed my theme this does not seem to be possible anymore. Is there a way to do this..?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
