How to show only short posts with the "keep reading" link?

  I have changed my settings to “summary” and cleared the cache and cookies, but the blog is still displaying the entire post, instead of showing the first 54 words and the “continue” or “keep reading” button. I can’t figure out what else I need to do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That summary is for your RSS feed only. It does not affect how your posts display on your front page.

  You can use the more tag to truncate your posts:
