How to show page links in front page

  I have created a few pages. Now I want to post some content on those particular pages, but there is no option that I can find which allows me to post on a particular page. So, how do I do it.
  Also, how do I provide links to those pages in my first page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi jogsee,

  Your pages can be found at Pages > All Pages on your dashboard.

  Here’s a direct link to the page: http://abitofbyte.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page

  If your theme isn’t generating navigation links automatically, you can still generate your own custom menus at Appearance > Menus.
