how to show the earliest post as the first post
-
I want my blog to show the earliest post as the first one. But the default format is to show the latest post. How to change? Also how to make homepage show only part of my post instead of the whole post.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, I’m afraid what you are asking for is a little tricky. Blogs are designed to be read over a long period of time, so putting the most recent posts on top is important because it makes it easy for your readers to see what’s new without having to scroll through what they already read. That having been said, you have some options.
The link below explains how to create a table of contents for your site so readers can easily access each post in the order it was written.

If you give your first post today’s date, and then your second post yesterday’s date etc. your posts will appear in chronological order. You will have to remember to change the automatically generated date each time though.
Your second question is easier. Just insert the “more” tag into each post where you want the post to stop on your home page.
