How to show up on Read Blogs section

  I have been writing a new blog every day for the last 4 days. Every time after it is published I check WP to see if it is showing up and I can never find it. I write about sports and go to the Sports section but it never shows up. Do you need to do something special in order to have it show up in that category from the WP homepage?
