How to Show video clip (not from youtube) on my blog

  Hi,
  I don’t know how to embed or show a video clip of, for example, a public meeting, where I want to show just one person’s comments.
  Example: I am trying right now to see if I can pull a clip from the CPUC public meeting 39:00 to 40:41 on the clip.
  It plays on my computer on real player.

  It will only show the link not the actual video.

  I have this issue with all city council or other public meetings which are not you tube.

  Have you tried using VodPod? You can post just about any video to your WordPress.com blog using VodPod’s “Post to WordPress” button. The “Post to WordPress” button will work on just about any site that offers Flash video with an embed code.
