how to showcase portfolio items

Hi I have loaded the theme Dara and would like to showcase all the projects I have added to my portfolio, but cant seem to figure out how! Can anyone help?

When you say you want to showcase the projects you have added to your portfolio, do you mean in a slider on the front page?
On the Dara Theme Overview, there are steps for setting up a featured content slider on the front page. Have you already checked out that guide?

Hi Katja – Dara isn’t designed as a portfolio theme, but there are three ways you can see portfolio projects with it:
1) Your automatically generated portfolio archive page here:
https://katjagrybirkeggard.wordpress.com/portfolio/
You can add a link to this page in your menu, if you want.
2) Adding the portfolio shortcode to one or more pages:
3) You can also add portfolio projects to the front-page slider, as Kel suggested above. To learn how to set up the front-page slider, follow the guide here:

Thank you so much! When i choose the theme i searched for portfolio, so i naturally though that portfolioitems was the core of dara, but have read the guide once again and can see that the short-code and portfoliopage was what i was looking for- thank you,
