    Hey there, could you clarify what site this is on? It kind of sounds like you might be using a DIY copy of WordPress with another web host. If so, you’d want to try checking in with your host first, then try the community forums at WordPress.org (you’ll need to sign up there.)

    Please note the free software does not have any direct support staff: it’s free code with a community.
