How to solve this error? NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

  My wordpress site is icec.net.
  There has been no problem to access this site, but suddenly we cannot access the site with https.

  If we access icec.net though web browser, the browser says ‘NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID’.

  How can I solve this problem?

  Please help!!!

  Hi @icec2014, it looks like you had a business plan, cancelled that, then bought a personal plan through another account. Is that correct, and if so is that when the SSL issue started?

  It’s looking like the site may not have been properly downgraded.
