  Hello, I have been trying to upgrade my account all evening and getting error messages. But I can’t seem to find anywhere where I can actually speak to someone who can help or solve it?

  There is no phone support. It sounds like you may need to post into an existing thread tagged for Staff help at Error Message when trying to purchase a plan
