How to speak to someone at wordpress

  I would like to speak to a living human being on the phone about wordpress. I have a ton of questions, and I just prefer human interaction over FAQ’ing.

  Is it possible to set up an online store via a wordpress blog? Currently, my wordpress blog has a link that takes visitors to my online store hosted by web.com. However, I’d consider streamlining this model if possible by having the store right there on my blog.

  On WordPress.com, we don’t yet offer an ecommerce solution. With WordPress.org—the free software that you host on a server of your own choice—there are a number of solid plugins to create full-featured online stores.

  More about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org can be found at WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

  Depending on where you’re at in terms of your business, the divided model may still make sense, but as you grow, having it unified, I agree, would have benefits.
