How to, specifically, cancel a subscription and get a refund

I got billing on an automatic billing subscription to which I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE! How can I get this corrected and get a refund?

The account you’re using to post here owns no sites and have never bought anything from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could have charged.
If you’ve received a charge from WordPress.com it is for another site in another account.
If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
