  Hello

  Some years ago I made a website using wordpress tools. back then it was free. i did not need to buy any plans. is that still possible?

  Yea! You can create a website on WordPress.com for free.
  In this case, your domain will have “wordpress.com” at the end.

  To create a free account, just choose the button at the top of the center of the page Start With Free in this link: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
