  i want to start again with my free blog theme with out deleting my blog account

  Do you want to use a new theme and get rid of all your old content? Or do you want a whole new blog name? You can do both of those things without deleting your account. You could add a second blog to your account (free!) and start experimenting with themes there, keeping the blog private.
