How to start my new blog

    Good day. I have registered and paid for a new domain / wordpress website being http://www.capetownmommy.com. Now when I login I can only see my old site and don’t know how to start my new blog. My email address is the same as I used for my old website http://www.capetownjax.com. I now want to start a completely new website with the domain I have purchased. Please advise how I get started.

    Hi Jaclyn!

    It looks like you may have set up that new domain and website under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re logged into currently.

    If you just purchased this, check your email for the receipt – the email address that the receipt would have been sent to is the email address you need to be logged into in order to manage and start your new website.

    If you’re not sure what email you used, please enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
