  How do I delete everything on my site and start completely over?

  Please note that that would permanently delete your site and potentially prevent you from using the address. If you want to keep the same address and just want to start over then it may make sense to just delete the pages and posts on your webpage and create new ones:

  @sceddoc I think you will instead want to empty your site:

  https://wordpress.com/support/empty-site/.

  If you deleted it, you would lose the address forever so, if you wish to keep using it, there’s no point in closing the whole site.
