  But I have registered my domain for shotofadventure.com with wordpress.com . Is wordpress.com not a good enough host to use for my wordpress.org? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question.

  It seems weird that I would have to move my domain?
  This is what it says on the site…

  “Domains »Move Your Domain to Another Host
  If you registered your domain with WordPress.com, you don’t have to use WordPress.com as your host. The domain you registered is yours, and you can use it with any host you want.”

  I’ve read this but the part that is confusing me is this:
  WordPress.com
  Premium hosting, security, and backups are included. You can even upgrade to a custom domain, like YourGroovyDomain.com.

  WordPress.org
  You’ll need to find a host, and perform backups and maintenance yourself. We offer VaultPress for security and backups.

  So is wordpress.com not counted as a host even thou it claims to be a “Premium host”? Will I still need to buy & move my domain to a new host to use wordpress.org?
