how to start with blank template

  i need to complete wipe and start fresh. i just created an account and it installed a theme and template Can you please wipe everything so i have blank site and theme?

  From your WordPress dashboard, go to Settings>General and scroll to the bottom, there is an option to reset your website.

  If you would like to have a blank Page/Post Template, you can do this in the Editor.
