How to sticky post without a feature image?

  My question is quite simple :
  How to sticky a post without a featured image?

  Like in demo

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  You can Sticky a post through the post editor. In the Publish module, click on ‘Edit’ next to ‘Visibility.’ Check the box next to ‘Stick this post to the front page.’

  

  Make sure you update the post!
