  how does one stop an account with automatic payment being removed when my email has expired, is thereno human who I can speak with , why Do i have to go thru hoops when I am a paying member. Is this the best customer service WordPress offers????

  Did you try to log in to your other WordPress.com account and then update the email address? https://wordpress.com/support/email-address/

  If you can’t log in, you’ll need to recover your WordPress.com account and since you said you made a payment then you have one of the needed info https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
