How to stop comment notifications for someone who initially requested them?

  Someone left a comment on my blog and accidentally selected to be notified of any follow-up comments. She would like this to stop, and also mentioned she receives 4 emails with the notification. How do I stop this from happening? My blog is artclubblog.com
