How to stop duplicate posts from appearing on my Facebook Page when I publicize?

  I don’t know if this is a WordPress or Facebook problem…my WordPress blog is connected with my Facebook account, and I have it set so it publicizes to my Facebook page (not my Facebook wall), and when a blog is published, I find there are duplicate posts on my Facebook page, except one says Barbara Briggs Designs shared a link via WordPress.com and other does not. How do I correct this so just a single post shows on my Facebook Page?
