How to stop emails to an old email address, about a blog I already unfollowed?

I changed the e-mail address associated with my WordPress account quite a while ago (at least six months ago, but probably more like a year), but continued to get email notifications about some blogs I followed to the new email address AND the original address. I have now unfollowed one of these blogs completely. It no longer appears in the list of blogs I follow and I no longer get notifications to the new address. However, I am still getting emails to the original address every time the blog owner publishes a new blog (and they post a lot!).
Pleas can you help?

I also continue to get e-mail notifications from http://bucketlistpublications.org/ to the address originally associated with my wordpress account AND my new address. I still want follow this blog, but would prefer if e-mail alerts only came to my new address.

Hi there,
I checked WordPress.com records, and one of the email addresses you used to use with your WordPress.com account is subscribed via email to a number of blogs. Since that email address isn’t associated with a WordPress.com account anymore, you can manage those email subscriptions here:
Under “Manage Your Subscriptions” you can enter the email address where you are getting the blog updates, and we’ll give you the information you need to manage those subscriptions.
