Are you going to use your domain daisycandle.com with your self-hosted site? The issue here is that your domain is still pointed to WordPress.com. In order to use your domain with another hosting service, you’ll need to do one of the following:
1. Point it elsewhere by changing the name servers:
2. Transfer the domain to another registrar and setup the name servers at the other registrar.
It looks like you may have already begun the transfer process. If you would like to transfer the domain, you’ll need to complete the steps (found here) before the domain will start working correctly. Otherwise, if you let me know where you’re trying to point the domain, I’m happy to help you change the name servers!

Thank you for your reply. I believe the transfer has been done but somehow my domain is still pointing to my wordpress.com site
Should I do something else please? Thanks

I’m receiving a Bluehost site currently when I load your domain as shown in this screenshot:
Can you try clearing your browser’s cache as described here?

it seems to be inconsistent, I can access it most times from my laptop but after clearing my cache on my PC I am getting the following error:
Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.

It seems to be working for me on both my phone, tablet, and desktop across Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. What browser are you using on your PC? Did you clear the cache since the beginning of time (Chrome, for example, allows you to clear a cache from the past hour)?
