how to stop pop ups on my blog.

  I have set up a blog, for my antenatal classes, i give out my blog address for people to look up breastfeeding support, it has come to my attention that when people have logged onto my blog, formula feeding adverts pop ups have appeared or they have been directed to other sites…?? How do i stop this happening?, it doesnt happen when i up date it from my pc…only when others try to view my blog.
