How to stop receiving email notifications altogether?

  I would like to stop receiving any type of notification via email since I check the side actively and don’t need it and actually find it a bit of a nuisance.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to the Discussion Settings in your WP Admin Dashboard, then change the settings listed under E-mail Me Whenever.
