How to stop referrer spam – e.g. best[dash]seo[dash]offer[dot]com ?

  Hi,

  Every day I’m seeing referrer spam within the stats – e.g. from best-seo-offer.com and best-seo-solution.com etc…

  How can we stop/block referrer spam?
