How to stop users registering via wp-login page?

To do that, I am taught to follow these steps:
- wp-admin
- Settings
- General
- Uncheck The “Membership – Anyone can register” option
But the point is my General page doesn’t have this option, so how can I disable wp-login.php?
My website has been installed with Ultimate Member plugin.
Can you help me?
