How to stop WordPress charging me?

I just found out that you charged 470 HRK from my account. I am not using any of your services since I moved abroad. I am asking for refund and trying to figure out how to block and stop all of your services.

I just found out that you charged 470 HRK from my account.
The account you are contacting us from hasn’t been charged since February 2018 — that was a plan and custom domain (bintegraprijevodi.com) for bintegraprijevodi.wordpress.com. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History.
Please enter the payment details into the “Why was I charged?” form if you need more information:
