How to stop/start all followers getting email notifications

  Hi,
  How can we stop/start all followers getting email notifications for new posts on my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com site subscriptions are managed on the subscriber end so unfortunately, you will not be able to select which users receive notifications of your new posts. If a user is subscribed to your blog, you also are unable to turn off new post notifications. The only way to stop a follower from receiving notification of a new post would be to set your blog to private following the steps here:
