How to strengthen my blog's SEO and reformat my blog's subscriber notifications

  I have 2 questions:
  1. I’d like to boost the SEO of my blog. I’ve already categorized & tagged each post. Is there any way to enhance what I have and also create tags for the blog as a whole?
  2. Currently, when my blog’s subscribers receive email notification of a new post, the entire text of the post is included in the email, newsletter style. I would rather the email notifications simply include the new post’s title and a short snippet of the post itself, with a link for them to click to read the whole thing. Can you help me with this?

  2) Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> For each article in a feed, show >> summery

  Remember to save changes at the bottom of the page
